Established as a Soy Sauce shop, we now sell Ikadayaki and Tsukudani as well. Just next door, you can try your hand at making traditional Japanese Tonbo glass beads.

*The glass beads need time to cool, so please start making them early. Glass blowing requires accompaniment by someone who speaks Japanese or an interpreter.
